The Frontier Plaza project will be comprised of a three storey mixed use building totalling approximately 37,000 square feet. This would consist of approximately 25,000 square feet of underground parking, 10,000 square feet of retail space on the main floor and 26,000 square feet of Premiere Luxury condominiums on the top two floors. We have preliminary interest from several national franchise retailers and there is also strong interest from local retailers to relocate to Frontier Plaza.
